Halo 4 Developer Session To Open Eurogamer Expo 2012

Brighton, UK, 24th August 2012: Eurogamer Expo, the UK's biggest and best gaming festival, is delighted to announce that Frank O'Connor from 343 Industries will present a Halo 4 developer session to kick off this year's show.

Plus, for the first time in the UK, fans will get access on the showfloor to the “Halo Infinity Multiplayer” experience through the competitive multiplayer modes of War Games.

The Eurogamer Expo will be returning to London's Earls Court from 27th-30th September 2012 and is expected to welcome over 50,000 gamers.

The Halo 4 session will be the first of the show at midday on Thursday 27th September. O'Connor will take the stage to showcase this year's biggest Xbox 360 release to attendees, before its worldwide launch on 6th November.

"We were looking around for a big video game icon to open the show and they don't get much bigger than the Master Chief," said Tom Bramwell, Eurogamer Operations Director. "The Master Chief is more than a video game star - he's a pop culture icon - and we can't wait to see what 343 Industries has in store for us."

The Eurogamer Expo takes place 27th-30th September 2012 at Earls Court, London, and promises more playable games than ever (including a large number of UK first-plays), our highest-profile developer session schedule, as well as a number of satellite events including the Games Industry Fair.
