London, UK– 14 th December 2010– TeePee Games, the new games discovery platform for mobile, social and online flash games, is pleased to announce that Lauren Omond has been recruited as Project Manager. In her new role, Lauren will oversee the development of the TeePee Games portal and will be responsible for liasing with the game developers and publishers involved to ensure the platform is ready for a smooth launch in Q1 2011. Following the launch, Lauren will play a key role in managing the TeePee Games portal and its ongoing operation.
Lauren joins from mobile media company Player X, where she worked for over three and a half years. During Lauren’s tenure with Player X, she took-up the role of UK marketing manager and more recently as account manager, taking responsibility for the project management and ongoing performance of the O2 and Orange mobile games portals. Lauren boasts experience as a PR and marketing assistant at games publisher I-play, where she was responsible for overseeing consumer PR, events and games marketing.
