Merscom to Produce and Publish Vegas Ventures

CHAPEL HILL, NC - February 10, 2009 - Merscom announced today at the Casual Connect conference in Hamburg that it is working with Ukraine's Dotar Games to create and publish Vegas Ventures, a building sim set in Sin City. The game is scheduled to launch in April.

In Vegas Ventures, after losing your father, a huge construction tycoon, the player takes over his company after his partner runs it into the ground. Starting from scratch you work to build up your company by building several theme locations in Vegas and making a name for yourself and the Casinos, and Hotels you build.

Build your business by constructing new and impressive Western, Asian, and Aztec casinos, hotels and themed entertainment complexes. Manage your money and fulfill the demands of the tourists. Increase your construction capabilities to allow you to build giant multipurpose theme resorts and finally restore fame and pride to your father's company. Become the most famous construction firm andbusiness owner in Las Vegas.

'We are very excited to be working with Dotar on this project,' said Lloyd Melnick, Merscom's Chief Customer Officer, 'combining their programming skills and art talent with our understanding of the casual game market should lead to a real hit.'
