Montreuil (France), 16 th September 2013. After bringing the big licenses from his catalogue on iOS, Microïds now tackles Android devices! The first three episodes of the Dracula saga will be the first titles available on Google Play and Amazon Store.
In the beginning of 2010, Microïds (Anuman Interactive’s adventure game division) came back with Mobile applications, especially on iPhones and iPads. With more than 1.5 million downloads, the licenses of the catalogue successfully found their public thanks to the quality of the adventures they offered. Adventure video game fans have had the opportunity to rediscover such sagas as Syberia, Dracula, Amerzone or Atlantis, through remastered versions for touch interfaces, particularly adapted to adventure gaming.
Today, Microïds has decided to turn to Android users and announces the porting of its catalogue on Google Play and Amazon Store.
The first three episodes of Dracula will soon be available, at the pace of one game per week. The remaining titles of the catalogue will shortly follow.
“In only a few years, Android has become a major operating system, acclaimed by many users and mobile manufacturer. As part of Microïds development and to meet our numerous fan requests, it became obvious for us that we should adapt our existing catalogue to this OS. Therefore, we are delighted to announce to the fans the release of their favorite licenses on Android devices, as well as upcoming productions such as Syberia 3”, adds Elliot Grassiano, VP at Microïds.
The first episode of Dracula saga, Dracula: Resurrection is currently available on Google Play and Amazon AppStore for $2.99.
Amazon: In the process of validation.
