nDreams secures first external investment and brings experienced TV exec on board

Farnborough, Hampshire, UK – 11th January 2012

Digital publisher nDreams is pleased to announce the completion of their first external investment with the addition to their board of Pip Burley, CEO of Excelsior Productions and executive producer of TV shows such as ‘A Touch of Frost’.

As well as a long career in TV production, music, marketing, advertising and publishing, Pip is also a successful composer and won an Ivor Novello Award for the music to ‘The Darling Buds of May’. He has founded three successful companies, written, directed and produced for the theatre and is heavily involved with the Variety Club.

Pip Burley has become a director of nDreams and invested in the company.

Pip Burley said “I am excited about nDreams, which I think has a brilliant future.  Digital publishing has come on in leaps and bounds in a short period of time.  There is a truly international marketplace out there with a real appetite for the kind of products nDreams is developing and marketing.  Plus, I like the fact that the company has the will and creativity to think outside the box.”

nDreams CEO, Patrick O’Luanaigh said, “We’re delighted to welcome Pip as both a director and shareholder. His broad experience, creative talent and enthusiasm will add greatly to our board as we look to expand into new areas and build on our recent success. 2012 promises to be a big year for nDreams as we continue to grow and build on the success of projects such as Aurora, which has already had over 4 million visits.”
