Berlin, 22.06.2011: The restructuring of the second-tier Management of the Berlin-based online role-playing games publisher Frogster is complete. With the engagement of Nico Zettler as Director Product Management and Martin Rabl as Head of Community Frogster has staffed the leadership positions in product and community management with two highly experienced senior personnel.
Nico Zettler took on the position of Director of Product Management at the start of July. The 34 year old information technology officer and trained IT lecturer has previously worked as producer on large productions with the computer game publisher CDV and for the 10tacle development studios. In 2008 Zettler moved to the RTL media group where he took the position of Head of Production. In his new role at Frogster as area manager, Zettler will be assuming full responsibility for the product management and the sub-departments of quality assurance, game improvement, production, monetization and project management. He reports to Managing Director and CMO Daniel Ullrich.
Martin Rabl (35), a graduate in business administration, also joined Frogster at the start of July taking on the function of Head of Community Management. He has previously worked for NCsoft in the United Kingdom and the US, where he already played a decisive role in community management as Community Team Lead for‘City of Heroes’ and as Community Manager for‘AION’. In his new position at Frogster he leads the community management team for all game titles and reports to Managing Director and COO Seth Iorio.
