Over the last two decades, Sam&Max have gained immense popularity in a number of formats, from independent comics to a popular graphic adventure game, a Saturday morning cartoon, and most recently, Telltale Games’ downloadable episodic series, Sam&Max Season One. These episodes have now been collected into a single retail product, making Sam&Max Season One the equivalent of a television series' DVD "box set"– a first in episodic gaming. The European release will feature full German and French localizations, as well as Italian subtitles.
