SANCTUM SURVIVAL CONTEST NOW UNDERWAY

Skövde, Sweden – October 12, 2012 – Coffee Stain Studios has revealed a new contest that is currently underway for fans of its tower-defense FPS hybrid, Sanctum . The winner of the Sanctum Survival Contest will get the opportunity to design their own level, which will be added to the game as free DLC.

In order to win the contest, players must survive in the game’s Corporation map in Standard Survival mode, with the difficulty set to Hard. The contestant who can weather the most waves will be the winner. Simply take a screenshot of your score-screen and post it in the official Sanctum forums ( http://forum.coffeestainstudios.com) under the “Sanctum Survival Contest” sub-forum. The contest ends at 11:59 CET on October 22, 2012. More details on the contest can be found here.

Sanctum is a fresh take on the tower-defense genre and places the player right into the frenetic fray with tight first-person shooter gameplay. Gamers take the role as Skye, an elite soldier sent out to protect her hometown, Elysion One, from hordes of mysterious alien creatures. To succeed in the defense, players must construct and upgrade a labyrinth of defensive towers. When the havoc starts and the waves of baddies are unleashed, gamers jump right into the action with their own weapons to play a key role in the defense.
