I absolutely love this game, and yet gaming generally doesn't interest me at all!
I just love the simplicity of it, and it's seriously addictive...

A literal sandbox game

Sandbox toys have been around for years, but I've never seen one turned into a game before, and Sand Slides does it very well. The concept is pretty straightforward: Draw slides to guide colored sand into its like-colored bucket while preventing it from gettig into other buckets by either routing or trapping it until a path can be cleared. The graphics, animations and effects here are all high quality, the gameplay is effective and intuitive, and the frame rate is buttery smooth, often a problem with sandbox apps. For what it is, it is done very well. I really can't find fault with it. It doesn't have Retina support but it doesn't really need it; how much better can dots look?
Great game, well worth picking up.
