Shine The Light in SciBeaver Adventures, physics-based iPhone puzzle

Kiev, Ukraine – November, 14, 2012 –  SciBeaver Adventures, a level-based puzzle where the players guide the light beam to burn through prison doors, is live today on the Apple AppStore for iPhone and iPod Touch. The game costs $0.99, just like Scibeaver HD for iPad, which has received a free update.

In SciBeaver, the players are rescuing a beaver in a lab coat by focusing, diffusing and guiding the light beam to the exit door. Most of the levels have more than one solution so puzzle fans can spend hours figuring best use of lenses, mirrors and light portals along with classic TNT crates, ropes and wooden planks.

An iPad version was released two months ago and SciBeaver Adventures uses the lessons learned from its older brother. It has an easier for understanding tutorial, new hints for each level, more intuitive interface and better controls. Developer AppEvo addressed the release: “This is the best SciBeaver we ever produced. It is 20% lighter and 40% faster. It’s easier and more fun to play by about 60%”.
