Show your business prowess and test your innovative ideas in front of an important group of investors at Nordic Game 2012!

For the 3rd year, Nordic Game is pleased to announce that we will be holding a Pitching session in front of a group of potential investors, at a session in the Conference on 24 May, and that there will be a prize of 10k€ for the winners.

Over the last 4-5 years we have noticed a growing interest by the investment community, in the projects, companies, and games we have to offer in the Nordic region.

This is hardly surprising if you think of titles like Angry Birds, Minecraft, Limbo, and companies such as Unity, and many others.

For 2012 we have had important investors asking to participate in the conference, so we want to show them that the talent we have here, keeps on coming up with new ideas and projects that can be world beaters.

We would like to play our part in the successful continued evolution of the games industry our region.

So if you are looking for funding for your good ideas in content, tech, apps or companies, and would like to test your ideas and your communications skills in front of seasoned investors at delivering new high growth concepts and companies we would like to hear from you. The winners will get a contribution from Nordic Game of 10k€ and hopefully all finalists will get further interest from the investors.

We need you to submit your projects to us as soon as possible. The proposals will be sent to Games Capital, our partners this year, who will test your proposals, and help you prepare your best pitch, and together with us, select the finalists.

Send your pitch to Jacob@nordicgame.com before closing date of Friday13 April. Submissions received after this date will not be considered. The pitch should consist of a short document (one A4 page) outlining the key selling points behind the investment proposition being pitched (e.g., who the principals in the team are and their track record, what the project is about, the project’s need for investment and how you expect it to earn investors a good return on investment).
