London, Thursday 8 th September 2011 Sony Ericsson today announced that Xperia TM PLAY will be coming to AT&T stores this month throughout the U.S, enabling even more consumers to have access to the industry's only PlayStation® certified smartphone.
Today's announcement continues the strong momentum around Xperia TM PLAY since its launch earlier this year. The smartphone is available through major carriers around the world, including Verizon, America Móvil, Telefónica Movistar, Vodafone, T-mobile and Orange, to name a few.
With 150 optimised titles available for download, Xperia TM PLAY offers a broad portfolio of games for all types of gamers, ranging from Minecraft TM Pocket Edition to Battlefield: Bad Company TM 2 and Dead Space TM 2. In addition, Xperia TM PLAY provides users with unique social experiences, including Sony Ericsson Facebook® inside Xperia TM, which allows them to share and discover games.

Xperia TM PLAY is marketed by AT&T as Xperia TM PLAY 4G supporting HSPA+ and is offeredin an exclusive "stealth blue" colour. It will be available as a smartphone package complete with accessories including the Sony Ericsson Multimedia Dock DK300 and MC100 music cable. The device will come pre-loaded with seven games, some of which are exclusive.
Xperia TM PLAY 4G will be available in AT&T stores from September 18 th 2011 for $49.99 with a two-year agreement.
