Spellbound founds development studio for online and mobile games in Berlin

Offenburg, February 23, 2012 – It’s official: The “Spellbound Entertainment GmbH” has been founded in Berlin. Bartol Ruzic, founder of “Exozet Games GmbH”, has already joined “Spellbound Entertainment AG” in September 2011 and will now manage the “Spellbound Entertainment GmbH” with Andreas Speer and Adrian Goersch, furthering the development of the new business domains. As recently announced by Spellbound, several web/browser game and mobile game projects have already been launched. The projects mainly encompass proprietary licenses like Giana Sisters and Airline Tycoon.

“We are proud to announce a team and studio of our own for the growing online and mobile game markets. Berlin is a perfect location to recruit highly-qualified developers for our team. Having Bartol Ruzic on board gives us a highly experienced manager with an online and mobile gaming background to run our new studio on-site”, comments Andreas Speer, CEO of Spellbound Entertainment AG.
