16th December 2010– Wellingborough, UK - O-Games has released a new trailer capturing the excitement and passion of the 2011 Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship, which kick off today at Alexandra Palace in London. The publisher has also confirmed that PDC World Championship Darts: Pro Tour will be playable at the 2011 Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship on PlayStation 3.
Phil‘The Power’ Taylor, the cover star of PDC World Championship Darts: Pro Tour, will be attempting to secure his sixteenth World Darts Championship title during the tournament, which runs from today through to 3rd January 2011. Each of the pre-Christmas sessions, from 16-23rd December, will see four first round games accompanied by one preliminary round clash. Following a festive break, the second round will commence on Monday 27th December, with the third round being played on 29-30th December.
The quarter-finals will be held across two sessions on New Year's Day, with the semi-finals on 2nd January and the final on Monday 3rd January. Punters will be able to take a break from the darting action and attempt to win their own virtual PDC World Championship title by playing PDC World Championship Darts: Pro Tour, which will be located in the fan’s village during the competition.
