Regensburg, November, 12th 2007– CipSoft announces the release of the biggest ever update for TibiaME.
With this update, an enormous amount of new content has been added to the existing fantasy game world. Players can now explore the brand new ghostly island Ashmore, fight undead monsters using their new weapons or solve spooky new quests. Throughout the summer, TibiaME players got prepared for this event. Six episodical content updates have led them through various consecutive quests, which are now continued on the new island.
In addition, most of the older areas have been overhauled, so even the well known areas now sport a new look.
“We’ve put great effort into this update.” says Benjamin Zuckerer, Product Manager for TibiaME.“Basically, we left no stone unturned in game. We’ve polished up and replaced many bits and pieces.”
To cope with all the new content graphics, the existing game client had to be abandoned and replaced by a new version. The new client can be downloaded for free and is available for most of the common mobile phones.
“First reactions of our community show that we have pushed the correct buttons and turned the right knobs” Zuckerer continues.“This shows once again that mobile games which offer premium content can be thrilling for more than one week.”
In the colourful real-time fantasy world of TibiaME, hundreds of players can set forth together in search of virtual adventure. Playing as warriors or wizards, they are faced with the challenge of developing the skills of their selected characters. Exploring a large variety of areas, unravelling secrets and interacting with other players on a social and diplomatic level are key elements of the game. Currently, more than 20,000 players enjoy the TibiaME experience.
