XLOC President and Co-Founder to Speak at Localization World Conference

RALEIGH, N.C. (October 1, 2009) - XLOC, the leading provider of global localization solutions, announced today that President and Co-founder, Stephanie O’Malley Deming, will be speaking on the Game Localization Round Table, a special pre-conference panel at the 2009 Localization World Conference. Taking place Oct. 20-22, 2009 in Silicon Valley, Calif., the annual conference will focus on the latest advancements in localization practices and will include a variety of sessions, speakers and panels, featuring some of the industry’s leading executives.

At this year’s conference, which is themed“Know-how for Global Success,” Deming will speak from a critical viewpoint on localization tools and the game industry’s use of them. The session will touch on the advanced features of XLOC’s tool suite, why more companies are now using standardized localization tools and processes to ship global products more quickly, as well as some of the challenges and achievements Deming has experienced during her career. The presentation will also include audience input on a wide variety of tools and experiences in the localization field.
