To apply: CSG Product Delivery is a central support function that underpins the delivery of the CSG service offering across WWS. The role of CSG Producer – Software Development forms part of this core team. This role primarily supports AUDIO production with multiple cross-discipline development projects. The Producer facilitates team interaction, communication and active collaboration between CSG Audio and Game Studios development teams. The Producer is responsible for CSG AUDIO solutions delivery. The Producer plans and co-ordinates CSG AUDIO project plans and work schedules. The Producer ensures project requirements outlined are prioritised, teams are co-ordinated and organised enabling successful product delivery. The Producer is responsible for the CSG Audio development production pipeline and workflow at a detailed level. Profile: - Is approachable and works harmoniously with other to get the job done - Spirited with a ‘can do’ attitude and takes a hands-on approach to work - Shows initiative and is pro-active Key Responsibilities: - Act as the day to day interface between Development teams and CSG Audio ensuring active participation, team engagement and collaboration to determine solutions for delivery - Work with Head of Sound detailing CSG Audio project plans and prioritised work schedules - Work with Supervising Sound Designer to determine tasks, team assignments and associated timelines - Work with Senior Project Manager to align Audio production plans with development roadmap and plan tasks and activities required to achieve the agreed solution and to meet the delivery plan - Schedule and delegate tasks across the solutions team (CSG Audio) in time ensuring deadlines are met - Facilitate and ensure team communication, continuously and clearly providing visibility and transparency between teams stimulating open dialogue and creative problem solving - Engage regularly with Senior Project Manager reporting progress and flagging any issues to ensure deadlines are met Skillsets - Strong written and verbal skills - Is detail orientated and ensures accuracy - Is well organised and maintains high standards under pressure - Is a logical thinker and solutions driven - Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy and ownership of your projects - Is well practiced in cross project planning, team co-ordination and solutions delivery - Is process driven and can strategically and logically introduce and apply systems and best practice - Demonstrates a natural ability as team leader steering project forward to completion - A proficiency in agile software development practices Experience - Experience working with software development teams in agile environments - Experience working in an Audio environment support Game Development teams - Experience managing production pipelines ensuring successful product delivery - Experience using tools to manage the production pipeline (e.g. Hansoft, Jira) - Experience with console development would be beneficial - Experience with new technology develop
