This is a highly successful start-up in the heart of London. They have developed and released a hugely popular strategy combat game in the Free to play social games space which commands millions of daily active users and growing!
They are looking for a Chinese Community/Customer/Marketing support Assistant Manager
Standards for customer service for Chinese game players are incredibly high - this operation requires perfect localisation and native Chinese support as part of this key team you will play and integral part in the launch of Samurai Siege in your home country.
Responsibilities will include;
· Reviewing the Chinese version of Samurai Siege and marketing material to ensure it feels like it is made in the Chinese territory.
· Moderating the forum,
· Talking to top Chinese VIP players
· Working closely with remote agents and 3rd party providers. Whilst constantly evaluating opportunities to improve service levels.
You will have a solid understanding of the freemium games environment and having live or worked in Taiwan, HongKong, or China. You will need to have a willingness to work during peak hours be that nights, weekends, or holidays. It would be an added bonus if you have managed social media accounts on Weibo, Facebook, QQ and WeChat.
