Note: Salaries in Eastern European countries can be between 20-40% lower than in Western European countries this is due to the lower cost of living, a document detailing the average costs is available on request.
OPM’s client is looking for a Localisation Project Manager to join their established team working on their AAA RPG Fantasy game. The person hired in this position will be responsible for managing the whole process of producing localized versions of games developed by my client. He/she will be responsible for managing the project plan and budget and for coordinating the whole localization process by cooperating with translators, recording studios and QA labs.
Responsibilities:
• Managing project plan and budget
• Coordination of translation processes
• Preparation of recording sessions and supervision over voice recordings
• Supervision over final translation and recording quality
• Localization QA coordination
Required skills & experience:
• Proven current-gen dialogue-heavy game localization experience
• Excellent command of English and fluency in one of the following languages: German, French
• Excellent MS Excel skills and good knowledge of other applications of MS Office
• Proven track record of work experience as a project manager
• Experience in negotiating agreements, managing budgets and cooperating with vendors
