OPM are looking for a Digital Coordinator to join an established team within a highly prestigious company with a huge reputation for consistently providing successful titles time and time again. This position will create, define, manage and coordinate operational processes to support digital sales and will support the sales team, while becoming the main point of contact within labels, finance, and legal teams.
Item set up for all accounts, maintaining assets and artwork, and setting up pricing at accounts.
Pulling assets directly from the labels to post on the vendor portals.
Price sheet/price list creation and maintenance.
Managing key code requests from vendors.
Creating and maintain map letters.
Price drops – coordinate with physical on national price drops and update vendor portals with new pricing.
Audit item pricing on vendor portals worldwide, especially during price protection and promotional periods.
Coordinate with EEDAR, our third party software package, in setting up and processing new vendors.
Enter, track and approve sales promotions and markdowns by item and vendor, utilizing our third party software system Requisite.
Completing questionnaire’s for new vendors.
Maintenance and execution against vendor contracts for allowances, receipt of payments, milestone payments, advances, etc.
Item master set up in ERP system.
Address book/customer master set up in ERP system.
Process sales orders daily/weekly/monthly.
Reconcile monthly and quarterly payments against billed invoices on account to create adjustments where needed for cash application.
Coordinate with accounts receivable area for collections and cash application.
Work with EDI to set up new vendors and maintain EEDAR set up.
Requisite credit order processing in ERP system.
Building and Developing Relationships:
Build and maintain good working relationships and communication channels within the UK office and other staff in Digital Sales.
Build and maintain good working relationships with external partners and providers.
Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to constantly changing tasks.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve problems with vendors.
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work flexibly in order to meet changing priorities
Strong JDE software experience preferred.
