OPM are seeking a Games Industry experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant with a real passion for games and a proven track record demonstrating this.
You will be working within a small department (within the larger European HQ office) handling sales, marketing and PR activities video games and trading card games in UK, Australia & New Zealand, Scandinavia and South Africa.
Duties will include assisting the PR & Marketing Executive and Trading Card Game Products Coordinator by logging sales and marketing expenditure, assisting with budgets and processing purchase orders. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will also downloading, store and distributing digital assets and information.
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be the point of contact when members of the UK Sales team are out of the office. You will also be responsible for checking and processing sales orders.
The ideal candidate:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, use of SAP is an advantage but can be trainable
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
• A team player with a 'can do' attitude
• Personal interest in video games and trading card games
