OPM are working with a development studio founded by industry veterans to produce AAA titles on next-gen platforms. This development studio was founded in 2009 with the declared aim to produce AAA titles on next-gen platforms. They are now expanding their Audio department and are looking for a Senior Audio Designer to join their established team.
Using your talent within the field of audio production and engineering you will help shape the soundscape of my clients titles titles. You must be a team player, keen to share and grow your own expertise and ultimately help develop those around you using your unique skillset. You should be incredibly passionate about game sound design, always looking for ways to improve the sound and technology used in my clients games.
We would like to invite applications from experienced or senior audio designers, we are primarily looking for a strong team player with exceptional sound design skills rather than a particular level of experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience of working on published titles on current-gen consoles.
An in depth knowledge of FMOD and / or Wwise, having shipped AAA games using either.
A detailed knowledge of the most common DAWs and plugins a must.
An incredibly keen ear for audio production detail.
The ability to adapt to new technology and game engine tools.
Experienced in designing and implementing simulation based audio systems.
Location and studio based SFX and voice over recording experience.
Excellent communication skills.
A passion for games.
