Description:

A respected client of OPM is a leading provider of browser-based online games and they are based in Germany. They provide online entertainment for every age group and also act as a publisher for external developers.

To strengthen their team we are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester who is a fluent German speaker.

Role responsibilities:
•Plan and accompany the quality assurance process of a game project
•Take part in the continuous development of our internal quality tools and processes
•Support the developers‘ team regarding bug analysis and verification of the provided software corrections
•Supervise a test team
•Maintain a bug database
•Write and maintain project-oriented QA documents
•Test the software which is being developed (plan tests, write test cases, carry out the tests)
•Review of test plans
•Keep record of test results and report bugs as well as discrepancies concerning game design to the Project Management
•Review fixed bugs (bug-regression)
•Approve finale software versions

Essential skills:
•Completed training in Informatics or software development
•Solid experience working as a games software-tester
•Previous experience with test automation (e.g. Selenium) and common bug tracking programs
•Passionate gamer
•Fluency in English and German
•Profound reasoning skills, good analytical thinking
•Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
•Knowledge of scrum would be an asset
