This world renowned developer/publisher is offering a brilliant opportunity for a successful applicant to join their team, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth design & operation of the facilities to help the business achieve its commercial goals.
The ideal candidate will own the cultural values & ethos of the studio and instil, drive and communicate these within the studio & beyond, whilst also supporting the Studio Head and come from a previous games of entertainment industry background.

Responsibilities
·Own and strategize the cultural values & statements of Lift London and Instil, drive and communicate these within the studio & beyond.
·Be the gauge for the studios mood “ups/downs”. Feed back to Studio Head the current climate.
·Partner with HR on improving welfare as well as helping to communicate the HR processes and objectives to the team - Developing a firm relationship with the HR team.
·Guarantee the voice of all employees is maintained – Ensure clear responses are made accordingly.
·Develop and implement office policies & procedures including such things as:
>Design & write employee handbooks for the studio.
>Own induction/orientation program so that all employees are introduced to the rest of the team – Ensure a close relationship with recruitment team & HR.
>Organise and host new starter meetings to discuss the culture and operations of the studio at Lift London.
·Assist people to do their best work, by creating an inclusive atmosphere.
·Create a calendar of morale, social & inspiration events.
·Promote staff development & training.
·Train team members as required (e.g. Outlook, Expenses, booking travel).
·Convert the ethos of the studio into the design and operation of the work space.
·Manage the “Clean Desk” policy and ensure all employees follow the guidelines of operating in a professional working environment.
·Facilitate employee communication and connection to reflect the ethos and mission statement of the business.
·Own desk layout and the strategy for how people will work within the office environment - Creating a physical environment for the team to create their optimum work within.
·Facilitate strong relationships within and between the multi-discipline team - Drive inclusive environments.
·Certify appropriate space and resources are available to the team.
·Project manage internal business works and help in the search for new premises as required.
·Support Studio Head in generating and enabling an environment that is innovative and creative.
·Organise all necessary stationery and equipment.
·Review and update health & safety policies and ensure they are monitored.
·Manage office work space budget and push for efficiencies where possible.
·Manage Studio calendar through different communication channels and set agenda.
·Schedule Studio Head meetings, travel plans and expenses.
·Assist Studio Head in the preparation of meetings, documents and presentations.
·Ensure all appointments with internal staff & external clients are attended and prepared for.
·Take staff meetings on behalf of Studio Head as required (such as LT meetings)
