As part of a high-achieving, fast paced studio, you will be responsible for evangelizing and executing quality by managing the critical “gates and dates” across the production and development teams. By instilling a strong service delivery discipline you will build quality essentials as a key competency in my clients culture. Driving milestones and putting the customer at the centre of everything you do will be a key part of this. We are looking for great talent and expertise in delivery and implementation, who can create a strong relationship with test in order to maintain the highest quality products throughout the creation and release cycles
Responsibility’s:
Be a key voice for quality on the project, remaining focussed on the deadline.
Own the detailed service and integration relationships with our development partners, internal and external - including implementing the processes to ensure deliverables meet any required functional specifications/technical documents.
Liaise closely with teams to define the process for service creation and delivery including service components such as video ingestion, streaming and others as required by specifications & workflows.
Work closely with QA leadership, planning and capturing the overall QA support plans, including defined responsibilities and commitments from all teams such as production, engineering, testing and release management.
Advocate for and contribute to: requirements gathering and definition; clear customer scenarios and value propositions; implementation designs & spec reviews.
Facilitate & manage risk assessment, communication and mitigation planning as needed throughout the product lifecycle.
Identify and champion improvements to the product development pipeline and automated testing to reduce the need for manual testers.
Partner closely with the central test organisation helping drive internal requirements and overall product compliance.
Work closely with support teams (e.g. legal, geopolitical, security, user research and operations) to evaluate and assist in release readiness.
Be deeply involved in the planning and release cycles of the product services.
Produce tangible deliverables that improve the value of the product, improve confidence in it being “ship-ready”, reduce the cost of development, or increase the reliability of scheduled estimates.

Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of software development processes and technical understanding of game elements.
Proven track record in identifying the need for and implementing process improvement.
Proven track record in shipping entertainment products or services with at least three titles completed and shipped.
Understanding & utilization of platform requirements.
Preferable: experience managing and working with teams over multiple sites/countries.
Able to write and critically review release planning documentation
Good data analysis skills resulting in timely decision making
Familiarity with game engine structure and applicable technologies
