Rockstar announces date for next-gen Grand Theft Auto trailer.
It’s arguably the only title able to compete with Microsoft’s Halo 3 for the crown of ‘most anticipated next-gen game’, and now Rockstar looks ready to set the ball rolling on the inevitable hype-machine that will surround its upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV.
The developer and publisher has confirmed that the first trailer for the game will go live on March 29th, a full seven months ahead of its scheduled Xbox 360 and PS3 release date on October 19th.
In other GTA IV news, the firm has also confirmed that the first downloadable content for the title will not appear until 2008. No further details, such as whether the content will be appearing on PS3 as well as on Xbox 360, have yet been announced.
In the mean time, gamers are able to check out Rockstar’s official game site right here.
