The Xbox 360 version of Guitar Hero II will be released in the US on April 3rd.
Activision has announced that the title, which went gold on Friday, will be available for USD89.99 with the all-new Xplorer Guitar controller, reports Gamespot. The Xplorer will also be sold for USD59.99 on its own.
The new edition will feature all the tunes from the PS2 Guitar Hero II, as well as ten exclusive songs. Additional downloadable tracks will be made available on Xbox Live Marketplace in the future.
Details of the UK release date are yet to be confirmed.
The title was developed by Harmonix, which was purchased by MTV for USD175 million (EURO131.5 million).
