New demos and premium content announced as PS3 launches in Europe.
As gamers around the country settle down for their first ever playtest with their new PS3s, Sony has announced some additional upcoming downloads that will be available from its PlayStation Network Platform.
Namco’s Ridge Racer 7 and Sony’s Genji: Days of the Blade both have additional content available online today. In fact, Ridge Racer is to boast a varied range of additional content in the coming weeks, including themed decal packs from titles such as Katamari Damacy and Pac-Man, as well as 25 new race events.
Sony titles Motorstorm and Resistance: Fall of Man also have new features due in the near future.
In addition, a number of demos are set to go live this weekend, including Resistance: Fall of Man, MotorStorm, Ridge Racer 7, Genji: Days of the Blade, Formula One Championship Edition, Lemmings and Blast Factor.
The prices for this content have not yet been revealed, but they are expected to fall in line with Sony’s previously announced structure that sees content start from as little as 99p.
