Microsoft has teamed up with MCV to offer one entire table the chance to go
home with an Xbox 360 each, plus two tickets each to the one of the big UK summer festivals.

The competition is just one of a number of features added into the MCV Industry Excellence Awards experience this year.

The sold-out event takes place at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London and features a post-awards performance by comedian Al Murray as The Pub Landlord.

Everything kicks off at 5pm for ticket holders, thanks to a pre-events drinks event being held at nearby pub The King's Head. Drinks are courtesy of Sennheiser and Gem Distribution.

An official drinks reception, sponsored by IGA Worldwide, starts at 6pm.

There are 15 awards up for grabs across all sectors of the business, plus the MCV Retail Advisory Board special recognition award and the Grand Prix.

Over 600 retailers and industry executives will be in attendance for what is by far the biggest trade event of the year.

Winners will be revealed via the MCV website, MCV Daily news service, BBC Online and various other leading media sources first thing Friday morning (April 20th).

As well as gold partner Xbox 360, other event sponsors include retail partner Nintendo, silver partner Nvidia, System 3, Kiss FM, MICE Domino and Gamer.TV.
