Free to download title reaches milestone after six months.
Acclaim Games has announced that its MMO fighting title Bots has attracted more than one million registered players.
Acclaim will hold a Bots One Million Players event from May 2nd – 7th to mark the achievement. Gamers will be able to win prizes, earn major points, and enjoy special offers on in-game items, reports Next-gen.
“One million players says it all, our fans want multiplayer social games using the free to play model," said CEO of Acclaim Games Howard Marks.
Bots is free to download and play. It was released in November last year and feature in-game advertising.
