Chip firm partners with Valve for free downloadable Steam content
Processor giant AMD has teamed up with Half-Life 2 developer Valve to offer free content to buyers of new Radeon graphics cards.
Those who install the Radeon 2900 XT will automatically be directed to the Steam website where they will be able to sign up to the service and gain access to free copies of Half-Life 2: Lost Coast and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch.
They will also be entitled to free copies of Half-Life 2: Episode 2, Portal and Team Fortress when they are released later this year.
