Mathias Hautefort will be responsible for optimising and developing the Group’s intellectual properties as well as managing product development for both internal and external studios. He will also head up the operational and global coordination of the Group.

The latest top-level appointment comes a few weeks after chairman and CEO Patrick Leleu revealed his new management team and stated that more top-level staff will be sought.

Hautefort has a strong background in the telecommunication and media markets. He has previously worked for the Suez Group, as chief financials officer at French cable operator Noos, and most recently as CEO of Viaccess, a French telecoms content firm.
