New London operation will aim to recruit big-name industry talent
Media giant Warner plans to shake up the UK publishing community by capturing an array of top industry talent as it establishes a dedicated London office.
The new UK operation is set to take shape over the next few months as the colossal firm looks to take on significant numbers in order to stamp its mark on the European trade.
“We are growing our entire Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment organisation throughout the UK and Europe with knowledgeable gaming industry executives to fit the needs of the games operation as our slate grows,” said executive vice president worldwide supply chain management at Warner John Quinn.
“We are absolutely looking for experienced video game executives to handle our sales, marketing, public relations and distribution needs.”
A bullish Quinn added that the powerhouse publisher intends to make a major impact in every aspect of the business through its existing presence in other entertainment markets.
