BlueBay Value Recovery Fund raises its holdings in the publisher to over 20 per cent
Though it has insisted that it doesn’t intend to “gain control” of the Atari owning French publisher Infogrames, investment firm BlueBay Value Recovery Fund has grown its stake of the company to 22.5 per cent.
As well as its increased ownership, which includes 288,627,392 shares, the firm has also upped its voting rights, which now sit at 22.43 per cent.
It has stated that the move is not tantamount to a takeover, but BlueBay has admitted that it intends to “help the company’s turnaround” by holding seats on the board of directors.
