
The top seven selling titles in Japan are all new entries
The seven best selling titles in Japan are new entries, led by Mario Party 8 on the Wii at number one – which outsold Everybody’s Golf 5 on the PS3 at number two by 100,000 units, reported Next Generation.
Following them at number three is Taiko Drum Master on the DS, followed by It’s A Wonderful World on the DS, while Mobile Suit Gundam MS Front on the Wii comes in at number five.
Two titles that made it big in the US and UK take the next positions, with Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories on PSP at number six, while The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion finishes at number seven.
The entire Japanese top 30 is as follows:
