Money to be returned to those who shelled out for faulty PSOne games on the PlayStation Network
Following Sony’s decision to withdraw PSOne trio Crash Bandicoot 2, Spyro 2 and MediEvil from the PS3 digital download service PlayStation Network, the platform holder has emailed customers to say that refunds will appear in the PlayStation Store wallet within seven days.
The mail reads: “You will be aware from the description of the product on PlayStation Store that some variation in functionality from the original PSOne version is to be anticipated.
“However there appear to be more significant technical issues.”
The mail has been sent out to those who purchased either MediEvil or Spyro 2 – though there’s still no word on the fate of Crash Bandicoot.
