Mastertronic and Rising Star form alliance

Range of full price DS and Wii titles coming from Mastertronic thanks to a new deal with Rising Star
The agreement will see the two companies working together in a new kind of business partnership, in what they believe will give both Mastertronic and Rising Star greater leverage at retail. Mastertronic will work with Rising Star’s sales and marketing team to tackle the High Street, at the same time adding the line-up of full price Nintendo titles to its portfolio.
“Rising Star Games is ready to take on the next challenge and compete with larger publishers,” said Rising Star’s MD and COO Martin Defries.
Mastertronic’s MD Andy Payne added: “Rising Star Games’ product line-up and format selection is well matched and we look forward to reaching a larger demographic.”
