Konami finally confirms retail release date for triple-A title
From October 26th, fans of the mega-selling football franchise will be able to snap up the new version of Pro Evolution Soccer on PS3, Xbox 360, PC, PS2 and mobile, while the PSP and DS versions are to follow in November. The recently revealed Wii version has yet to be dated.
“We are extremely confident that PES 2008 will be welcomed as the greatest football game of all time,” said Kunio Neo, President of Konami. “Demand is massive for what is easily the best Pro Evolution Soccer title to date, and we anticipate record sales as we bring the series to PlayStation 3 for the first time, and unleash stunning versions for all leading formats.”
