Colourful action adventure is heading to Nintendo’s motion-sensing console
Following months of whispers and speculation, Capcom has finally come out and admitted that critically acclaimed adventure title Okami is heading to Wii, with an expected arrival of Q2 2008.
Okami quickly established itself as a cult hit on PS2. Its remarkably striking watercolour-based visuals were complemented by an engrossing Zelda-like adventure, making for a title that offered gameplay that matched its stunning looks.
The obvious advantage the Wii version will have over its PS2 counterpart is the implementation of the Celestial Brush, a weapon that requires players to perform brushstrokes across certain parts of the screen.
