2K offers fresh Bioshock PS3 denial

Publisher conclusively puts an end to ongoing rumours of PS3 FPS port

It’s a rumour that just refuses to go away – but in a post on its forums, 2K Games has once again stated, in quite an uncompromising fashion, that there will be no PS3 port of its successful Xbox 360 FPS Bioshock.

CVG reports that in response to yet another ‘Bioshock heading to PS3 thread’ on the publisher’s forum, a representative wrote: "Please don't tell me you made an account just for this question. There will be no PS3 version of Bioshock. It has been explained time and time again."

Though even this will be unlikely to stop the ever-living murmurs.

Err well I have a PS3 paid rrp £425, they are now much cheaper and I don't like blu-ray but I see your point even though it was out right fanboish lol.

PS3 is a good machine as far as its hardware goes, but as far as games go well it still needs to get the cog moving.

Unreal Tournament 3 was supposed to be a PS3 exclusive but its coming to 360 so was HAZE although not interested in Haze.

The Orange box delayed to Jan 2008, Timeshift delayed till who knows when think there was another game but oh well.

Unreal Tournament was never PS3 exclusive, Epic games always put their game out on as many formats as possible and Haze was multiformat but Free Radical decided to go PS3 only.

As for Bioshock, it got better the further you went, but not everyone liked it.
