Title to incorporate elements of both films in the series
Vivendi games is to release a game based on the ever-popular Ghostbusters franchise, due for release next year on the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PC, PS2 and DS.
The entire original cast – Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson – return to provide in-game voices for the title, developed by Terminal Reality (PS3, 360, PC) and Redfly (Wii, PS2).
The popularity of the movies will ensure a healthy interest upon release, while the brand new plot will benefit from being penned by the creators of the original film.
