There is of course an easy solution to this already buy the 360 version which costs less and runs great. That is of course as long as your 360 hasnt gone 3 red light crazy :P

@ Maranzano - I have the 360 version, my brother has the PS3. They are identical in EVERY way. They both have issues and I hope Ubi are working on a 360 patch too. I had the game slow down to about 5 frames per second after one big fight and also noticed a problem what I think is an example of screen tearing that I've read about so much on forums. But the PS3 version seems to have the latter as well and to be quite honest, it's hardly a major annoyance and doesn't ruin the game. Games have always had slow down and jerkiness on every console in the history of video games and people read too much into this. Stop using this site as a fanboy site and let people enjoy this wonderful game on whatever excellent console they choose. Having played both versions, they are both excellent and look and play identically

Indeed - it's apparent on 360 and PS3, neither is unique in it's issues!

Odd thing is, the game froze three times one evening but hasn't done it since :)
