European co-publishing deal to bring Warhammer: Battle March to Microsoft’s console

The American arm of Japanese games publisher Namco Bandai is to team up with Koch Media label Deep Silver to bring a trio of titles to Europe and other non-US territories – and it marks Koch’s first foray onto Microsoft’s format.

Leading the way is Warhammer: Battle March on Xbox 360, though the deal will also see PC title Warhammer: Mark of Chaos and PSP racer The Fast & The Furious published by Deep Silver on these shores.

“The PC version of Warhammer: Mark of Chaos was received with great critical acclaim in the press,” Koch Media MD Kelmens Kundratitz.

“We are very pleased to be able to continue the successful cooperation with Namco Bandai Games America as the grim Warhammer world offers the player a unique playing experience on Xbox 360. And with The Fast & The Furious, we have a another strong and well-known license on the PSP.”

...easier to code for due to the tools. However, once developers get used to PS3's different architecture, more multiformat games will happen, which is why the current multiformat games keep being delayed (aside from one or 2 PS3 exclusives, most of them are realised 2-4 weeks after the 360 version).

Still, I have not heard much of this warhammer game, hopefully will be getting than fire warrior.
