EA’s free-roaming next-gen racer scheduled to hit Xbox 360 and PS3 on January 25th
Burnout Paradise, the racer which has been dubbed the first ‘proper’ next-gen instalment in the series, will arrive in Europe on both Xbox 360 and PS3 on January 25th, Eurogamer reports.
The wait for Criterion’s latest instalment in its manic racing franchise has certainly been a long one, but the extra development time seems to have paid off with the resulting game looking every bit the title fans of the series will be hoping for.
Though the last two instalments, Takedown and Revenge, both boasted hugely satisfying online modes, but Paradise looks set to take online integration to a whole new level, with the open-world, seamless, load-free gameplay promising a genuinely next-gen racing experience.
