CES 2008: PSP keyboard on the way

Multimedia functionality gets a boost following Skype announcement

Hot on the heels of the news that PSP owners will soon be able to chat for free over the internet with the upcoming Skype for PSP package, it has now been confirmed that a PSP keyboard is also in the works.

Gamespot
reports that work is at an early stage, with a rep confirming that the firm is currently “looking at several designs”.

In addition, SCEA has also said that the PSP Camera and GPS system will at long last hit North American retail this year. Both have been out in Japan since 2006, whilst the GPS system arrives in Europe later this year following last year’s release of the Camera.

This still doesn't go far enough. So how about adding a hard drive, a monitor and some additional RAM. After that you could attach a mouse, put it in a bigger box and sit it on a desk.
