Rumour-mongers suggest 2K’s inevitable sequel to depict the fall of Rapture
After the huge critical and commercial success that was 2K Games’ Xbox 360 and PC hit BioShock, a second game is more or less a given – and the first rumours about the project are now emerging.
CVG claims that it has heard that BioShock 2 will in fact be a prequel to the first outing, and that it may well depict the fall of the ill-fated utopian underwater society of Rapture.
There has been no official word about the game as of yet, though many predict a 2009 release on Xbox 360, PC an possibly PS3.
