Dedicated gaming programme pulls in 220,000 in one week
Dedicated video game show GamerTV has just posted its highest ever viewing figures.
Over 220,000 unique UK gamers watched the show in just one weekend on satellite and cable channel Bravo.
The news follows a period of audience growth that saw the show notch up a 1.25 million viewings in December.
The series, described recently by Nuts magazine as one of its favourite weekend pleasures, is created entirely from exclusive video game reviews, previews and features covering every major gaming event around the world.
Executive producer Richard Wilcox commented: “We’re delighted. When you combine these figures with our growing online audience it’s pretty clear we’ve become one of the most significant routes through to gamers in the UK.”

Been watching this for a couple of years. A really well put together show, of up to date reviews (which always seem to be fair and accurate) and news. Great stuff. Long may it continue and thank goodness for Sky + :)

220,000...wow! lol.....having watched the show myself for 2 years or so as well i can say in my opinion, its rubbish! i only watch it because its a games show-simple as! its VERY badly and lazily made and why-oh-why do they show us old video clips and replay them 10 times, or show a 10minute video on the first level of a mediocre FPS...its ****!
