THQ spills FPS beans in investor call; shooter confirmed for 360, PS3 and PC
Though it’s yet to release an official statement, THQ has all-but-announced the development of FPS sequel Red Faction III in a recent investor conference call, Gamespot reports.
THQ CEO Brian Farrell referred to the game by name, confirming that it is being developed by Volition Studios, the team behind the last Red Faction outing and recent next-gen hit Saints Row.
The third title will once again champion the destructible environments touted by Red Faction II, which was released on PC and PS2 in 2003.
The game will be released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC some time between April this year and March next year.

RFII was certainly nothing special, but for some reason I really enjoyed it. I even completed it, which is very rare for me. I'll be keeping an eye out for this one.
