Nintendo of America boss says Wii Fit and Smash Bros will sustain sales rush
Outspoken NoA boss Reggie Fils-Aime has, according to Bloomberg, stated that he expects the installed base of Nintendo’s Wii console to surpass that of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 by June in North America.
He cited the spring releases of Japanese chart-toppers Super Smash Bros Brawl and Wii Fit as the reason, though with the Wii continuing to perform strongly it seems inevitable that the machine will edge ahead of its opponent in the US eventually.
The Wii is currently the global next-gen leader, with sales of around 20 million. Xbox 360 follows with global sales of 18 million, whilst the PS3 has to date sold around 10 million.

What good is a game if it doesn't fill you with a sense of misery, despair and hatred of your fellow man?
Wii is awesome!
It has many features that the 360 does not have, I own a 360 and love it, I own a Wii and love it both can live in harmony.
The Wii is a pure full on games console and is very fun to play on.
