Time limit for proposals expires ahead of publisher’s gathering on April 17th
EA’s bid for the publisher remains in the balance ahead of Take Two’s annual meeting of stockholders, as no proposals of any kind - to either accept or reject the bid - have been put forward.
Take Two is expected to reveal more on the proposed takeover at the potentially pivotal meeting, which is to be broadcast over the web here.
